Life-changing hack:
AI is not a replacer; it’s an amplifier. It should help you
think better, not
think for you.
Story time… Most of my biggest jumps came from mentors who gave me tough feedback, no sugar-coating. Those relationships came from good luck and lots of privilege.
Thanks to AI, no more moats. You have 24/7 access to sharper coaching than I ever had—if you use it right.
This week's hack:
Use ChatGPT as your personal "team of rivals." Feed it your ideas and ask for brutal criticism. Get the feedback your team might be too polite to give. Test strategies without the politics.
Build your own team of rivals: Prompt + instructions (Google Doc)
Here’s the play:
Build a "board of advisors" in ChatGPT with 5-6 contrasting personas (skeptic, optimist, competitor, customer, etc)
Run every major decision through them before committing real resources
Use the
prompt template I'm sharing to build your own in 10 minutes

From the Field: 🤠The Athleisure Cowboy
I've been a
YPO member since 2015, and it completely transformed my trajectory. It's 100% responsible for pushing me into the AI space. But YPO isn't all spreadsheets and strategy sessions—this week they hosted a private rodeo for members and families. We had a blast.
And yes, I showed up in athleisure instead of western wear because I jumped straight from a flight. Sometimes the best moments happen when you stop trying to look the part and just show up.
Same principle applies to AI adoption: done beats perfect every time.
Thanks for reading. 🙏
