Enough play time. Main idea time…
Main Idea:
A handful of giant AI/tech players are driving outsized market gains—and parts of the revenue look
circular: chipmakers, cloud providers, and AI labs funding (or guaranteeing) each other’s purchases with credits and long-term contracts. That financing web can puff up demand—and
deflate fast if real end-customer demand lags.
I run an AI business.
Why the heck would I root for a pop? I don’t want economic pain. But here’s the bigger picture:
It’s inevitable. AI is real and valuable—not the metaverse—but hype has pushed valuations into fantasy land. The longer this runs, the uglier the landing.
It quiets the noise. You can’t “buy AI” and automate 90% of a business. Post-pop, leaders will relearn patience and see AI’s deeper payoffs beyond raw efficiency.
It trims the fat. The single-purpose SaaS flood makes SMBs tune out. A correction clears the stage for real builders.
It makes smart regulation possible. A breather beats a 50-state rule scramble.
Selfishly: maybe I get a week at home without giving AI lectures. (Kidding—I love
slanging AI.)
Here’s the play:
-De-risk a bit. I’m not your investment guy, but if you’ve crushed it in U.S. stocks, know they’re propped up by AI hype. Consider taking a few chips off the table.
-Don’t write off AI when it pops. The value is real—we see it daily at Unburdn. Writing off AI after a correction is like quitting the internet in 2001.
-Spend smart, start small. Get good at the basics. Use AI to amplify accuracy, creativity, and speed. Then scale—or outsource—deliberately.

From the Field: 🔎 A Week in the Life
Last week was nuts.
Q4 planning with the Unburdn team Monday.
Tuesday was back-to-back meetings. Then a podcast interview. Then monthly dinner with my dad (the best time!).
Led all day workshops Wednesday and Thursday (
with super fun groups BTW—shoutout to you if you were in one of those rooms). Then jetted off to Sun Valley, ID Thursday night.
Led a group for 4-hours Friday (
also super fun team—thank you!). Now writing this email (
thanks Starlink via United!).
I’ve been doing this
AI slanging career v2.0 full time for over a year now. Things have seriously leveled up. Beyond
overbooked (good problem) and climbing the ladder to bigger and higher stakes engagements.
Couldn’t have dreamed up this path. It’s amazing. So grateful. Also working on some big bets (
stay tuned!).
Just wanted to take a few minutes to reflect. And share a picture of me doing what I love (
TALKING!!! Haha—and wearing athleisure).
Thanks for reading. 🙏
