Get paid to stay current on the latest and greatest of AI.
Lead practical reinforcement and deep-dive training across frontier AI tools. When you are not teaching, you will test new capabilities, surface friction, develop use cases, and continuously improve the curriculum. These are never check-the-box sessions: people should see what is possible and start working differently that same day.
What you will do
- Lead live AI training. Facilitate reinforcement sessions and focused deep dives that help professionals apply AI to real work.
- Make new capabilities practical. Turn product releases and model improvements into workflows people can immediately understand and use.
- Stay relentlessly current. Test frontier models and features to understand what improved, what remains unreliable, and what is mostly hype.
- Develop practical use cases. Find repeatable ways AI can improve everyday workflows, decisions, and outcomes.
- Surface friction. Notice where people get stuck, confused, skeptical, or disengaged, and make those barriers visible.
- Improve the curriculum. Turn what you learn into clearer explanations, stronger exercises, and better demonstrations.
- Adapt to the audience. Tailor examples, pace, and delivery to different industries, roles, and levels of AI fluency.
- Handle questions honestly. Explain complex topics plainly, acknowledge uncertainty, and never invent an answer.
- Close the feedback loop. Bring recurring client questions and needs back to the team so the program keeps improving.
- Support select workshops. Occasionally support larger or longer-form sessions based on your strengths and the team’s needs.

We can deepen someone’s AI knowledge and teach our curriculum. It is much harder to teach someone how to hold a room.

- You calibrate to the room. You read the audience and adjust your pace, tone, and explanation in real time.
- You have range. You connect with skeptical executives, power users, and complete beginners, sometimes together.
- You are an exceptional teacher. You help people understand, retain, and apply what they are learning.
- You are deeply hands-on with AI. You use leading tools and understand their capabilities, limitations, and practical applications.
- You genuinely enjoy staying current. Constant change energizes you, and testing new capabilities comes naturally.
- You turn exploration into instruction. You create useful business workflows, demonstrations, exercises, and lessons.
- You have strong curriculum instincts. You recognize when something is not landing and know how to make it clearer.
- You are self-directed and dependable. You own preparation, research, delivery, and follow-through without a rigid playbook.
What success looks like
- Clients do not just know what to do differently. They start doing things differently.
- Every session is immediately useful and never feels like a box to check.
- Clients rave about it internally and to peers, friends, and even spouses.
- The curriculum stays current and improves through recurring client friction.
Experience in training, enablement, customer education, consulting, facilitation, or curriculum development is preferred. Demonstrated ability matters more than a specific degree or title.
What this is not
- A contract or side gig. This is a full-time role.
- A keynote or scripted presentation role. The job is teaching within Unburdn’s curriculum.
- AI commentary or engineering. Your job is helping people use AI well.
