Main Idea:
I promised a big update (
one of two to come!), so here it is: weâre moving from âone-and-doneâ training to
recurring partnerships built on two principles:
1) tangible ROI and
2) long-term proficiency.
âWait and seeâ is the same as âfall behind.â Tech used to move in decades; now it moves in quarters.
AI isnât âsoftware you buy.â Itâs a
culture you build. That takes bandwidth, planning, and investment. Itâs worth it because this is the hurricane of hurricanes. If youâre not actively preparing, youâre volunteering to be debris.
Why recurring beats one-off (four quick analogies):
Fitness: Most people join a gym, go a few times, and stall. The ones with a recurring session and a trainer get results.
Therapy: You donât do five sessions and declare victory. You keep showing up to compound the gains.
The digital shift: You didnât just buy gear at Circuit City, you built an IT function (or hired an MSP) to evolve with it.
EOS in my last company: A pro implementer didnât give us secret wisdom; he forced focus, cadence, and accountability.
Bottom line: The common denominator of success is follow-up. Show up weekly with a partner who makes sure the work happens.
