The short version
Unburdn delivers AI transformation through a high-touch, relationship-driven model. Every client engagement runs on a structured 12-week roadmap with 12+ touchpoints, and every one of those touchpoints needs to be orchestrated, prepped, followed up on, and documented. As we scale, that operational backbone cannot live in the head of the Partner Lead.
We need someone who owns the client experience from the inside out. Someone who keeps every engagement running like clockwork, so the Partner Lead can stay focused on strategy and relationships. You are the reason nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a coordinator role. It is a client operations role. You will draft and send communications directly to clients, manage the relationship logistics end-to-end, and serve as a critical extension of the Partner Lead.
What you'll do
- →Own the 12-week roadmap for every active client. You know where each client is, what is coming up, what is at risk, and what needs to happen next. You are not waiting to be asked.
- →Handle all pre-session and post-session communications. You draft the emails, apply the right context for each client, get Partner Lead sign-off, and send them. Clients will interact with you regularly and should feel taken care of.
- →Build and send client surveys. Pre-workshop, post-workshop, monthly check-ins: you own survey creation and distribution using established templates.
- →Capture and track action items. After every client call, you pull the key takeaways from Granola notes and Slack threads, log tasks in Notion, and make sure nothing gets dropped.
- →Surface risks before they become problems. Declining survey scores, missed sessions, approaching contract milestones: you flag them proactively and bring a recommended next step.
- →Keep the internal team aligned. You post structured summaries in Slack, maintain accurate client records in Notion, and make sure anyone on the team can instantly know where any client stands.
- →Grow into more. The best version of this role eventually includes leading reinforcement sessions and taking on more of the client relationship. If you want to grow toward that, we will invest in it.
What we're looking for
- →You are obsessed with not dropping balls. You have a system. You trust your system. Things do not fall through the cracks when you are involved.
- →You can write clearly and professionally. A lot of this job is written communication to clients. You need to write well, adjust tone for the audience, and represent Unburdn's voice without hand-holding.
- →You have experience in client-facing operations. Account coordination, client success, executive assistance at a senior level, or similar: something that shows you have managed complex logistics in a client context.
- →You are comfortable with a fast-moving tech stack. We run on Notion, Slack, Granola, Gmail, and Google Calendar. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to be genuinely comfortable learning and using these tools.
- →You are a proactive communicator. You do not wait to be asked. If something is coming, you are already on it.
- →You understand the bigger picture. You are not just executing tasks. You are helping clients succeed, which means you need to understand what Unburdn is trying to accomplish and why the work matters.
Why this might be interesting
- →You will have real ownership over the client experience. The quality of every engagement is partly on you, and you will feel it.
- →You will learn how AI transformation actually works. Not from a course. From being inside active client engagements every day.
- →The role has a ceiling only if you want one. Strong performers grow toward client-facing delivery and eventually Partner Lead territory.
- →You will work directly with the COO and Partner Leads. Small team, no bureaucracy, direct feedback.
- →If you read this far, tell us what tool you use to keep yourself organized. We want to know how you think about not dropping balls.
